Prices vary depending on the property in question.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit of 2 months.
Is Wi-Fi included with the lease?
Wi-Fi is not included (although tenants tend to split the cost amongst themselves).
What utilities are included?
Cold water only. Electricity and gas must be paid for by the tenants.
May I bring a pet?
No.
Is there a place where I can park my car?
Yes, all of our properties have a driveway, off-street parking, and a garage.
Is there any leeway with payment?
Tenants have a 5 day grace period to pay without penalty.
If a tenant foresees an issue, they must inform the landlord know immediately.
May we bring our own furniture?
Yes, in fact, we encourage our tenants to bring whatever furniture they’d desire.
Is renter’s insurance necessary to sign the lease?
No, but tenants are encourage to purchase insurance.
Is smoking allowed inside the properties?
No.
May I rent just a single room?
Yes, single room accommodations can be coordinated.
